His last three pics in his blog site looks so light and happy. But behind the smiling face was his tough fight against cancer. He fought it well and he was not alone. He is one brave soul that teaches everyone how to live with high hopes and with God's loving grace. As I was browsing his multiply account, something captured me.. he is also a photo hobbyist, a good and alluring photographer in his own light. Back in our elementary days, I can never forget his song that says "mga kababayan ko..." then came "kaleidoscope" which is one of my all time favorites.
He is a brave, patriotic soul that serves not only a music icon in the Pinoy industry but a genuine heart that touches all ages.
Condolences to the bereaved family of Francis M. Prayers to all brave people fighting agains cancer!

P.S.O. Perwisyo Sa Oras
The Public Safety Office of the Philippine government has lots of roles in serving our community. One area of which is ensuring the safety on road. Here’s the scenario, Naga City doesn’t have traffic lights, and all there is are signs and assigned officers to do their duties. (Is it cost cutting or just sticking on the basics?o baka naman kinurakot na ung pangbili ng traffic light? haha i dunno). But then, I have been always wondering if “trafficking” (I’m not sure how to call it but they are the ones who stays at the center of the road miming and whistling at drivers to stop and go in different directions) is still included in their job description. Can anyone confirm this to me?
Well anyway, my argument is this, when police officers or the PSO themselves or the Highway Patrol Group people (Formerly TMG or the Traffic Management Group) positions themselves at the center of streets to “traffic” or guide the drivers the more that it results to traffic even though there’s no accident or collision beforehand. Guys, it does waste a lot of time, energy, and gas. (Buti nlng 32 nlng ang gas.. at sana bumaba pa kc kung nsa 61 parin dahil yan ung pinaka msakit na price per liter na narasanan ko? ampff tlgang sisigawan ko na kau)
I know that public or community safety is one your responsibilities that’s why you are there to prevent road accidents. I wouldn’t mind if they do their thing when there’s a collision, accident or a rush hour, but on a regular hour where the traffic is not that much? C’mon!! Here’s my suggestion:
1. Please leave the center and go the side
2. Just observe and be alert.
3. Then if there are undisciplined and hard headed drivers trying to be aggressive? That would be the perfect time for you to do your thing.
Besides we’re giving you the favour of taking a break and a chance to hide yourself from the sun to avoid continued skin discoloration, skin diseases or even skin cancer. Right?
For drivers out there, I just hope we become discipline enough. *sigh* (kaya lng by nature halos matitigas tlga ulo ng mga pinoy drivers haha) so that we will all have a happy driving where there is give and take.(wooshooo wala eh halos walang nagbibigay sa daan)
