Cool Beats for BritS (Britney Spears)

I'm not a Britney fan since day one she got into the music industry. When her Baby One More Time and Oops I Did it Again waved through the radio and television way back when I was in grade six and high school, well, yeah, she got me nodding my head and dancing to the beat, but to idolize and scream in craziness for her? Not!!!

Yes, i did download some of her songs, but just for the sake of having the song per se to be included in my collection of mp3's. Nothing more nothing less. Here comes her new album Circus to be released on her birthday December 2nd. I tried to listen to all of the tracks and it turned out that I got myself listening to some of the songs all over again. Not only because it's upbeat but it makes me feel alive and kicking.. in short.. dance in my imagination. Although Radar and Womanizer was released in her Blackout album, she has still managed to have other songs. I have to say that the Blackout and Circus albums of Britney is totally a wrecking come back for her. Coolness beatsss!!

Here's the Circus album:

Despite the criticisms and Britney haters out there? Brit still has got it in terms of her ability as a singer. Who cares about her issues? Not everyone can be one of the best female recoding stars in the world right?? After all, for the sake of music, the artists'job is to make music and our job is to listen to them and find our interests.

The Best Things that I Miss Big Time

The following are according to me okay? For 2 years and 3 months that I haven’t been there, for sure there are a lot of new stuffs that I still have to try and experience. So my best list would be based on my 4 years of stay in Baguio from 2002 to 2006.

Best Coffee? Besides the commercialized coffee shops in SM Baguio, Starbucks, Mocha Blends and the like, I simply love the coffee and ambiance as well in Café Veniz and Cottage Jis and OMG (Oh My Gulay, is it still existing today?) or the Home made coffee.. the brewed one.. wherein you can buy the coffee beans sa market..

Classic Love

Each leaf of a book will always mean hello

But who dares stoop to look down below

Up to the centrefold to see what’s deep within?

To bring forth the true essence of love to begin

Come the day for the exchange of thoughts

Queries and doubts were presented and sought

Moments of ambiguity tried to veil the honesty

But nothing can outdo the true heart of sincerity

Hundreds of pages have been scanned for a chance

But the centrefold is where we can find balance

Like in every relationship’s core

And in every kind of love, the heart will feel delight and sore

But the heart still continues to love and beat

To fight till the end even though there’s a possibility of defeat

And at the end of the book is an empty leaf

This is where we can write our learnings happy, sad or without relief

We tried, we learn, we have loved or have been loved

As we live this very second

Do or die we still experience the essence of a classic love.

Justin Timberlake Doing Single Ladies by Beyonce

This one’s really hilariously funny.. see JTT dancing like a gay freako who came out of nowhere. But it’s cute though. Hahahaha Justin’s doing his stuff as a gorgeous dancer, but dressed in a sort of swim wear with a heeled shoe. He’s one of the back-up dancers of Beyonce on Saturday Night Live. Beyonce is so cool with it. Two thumbs up for JTT and Beyone and two other back up dancers. ;)

The original got deleted because of copyright issues. The video belongs to NBC.. but some youtube pips managed to create and minched in a part of the original vid which was taken on Saturday Night Live

A Cute Real Life Fairytale

Bubble Princess Meets Prince Poco

A fairytale which is just about to start about a lady named Bubble Princess and a lad named Prince Poco.

Bubble Princess is a friendly ‘lil lady. She had the top of her lungs screaming with joy as she spends her day with a Prince named Poco. Poco as a lad, is always sweet and friendly to his girl friends. He is sweet, caring and thoughtful that he considers his friends special and some can even misinterpret his actions. Few years of being together as friends, Bubble Princess became an ear for Prince Poco. She listens to him all the time and shows her comfy self to be a true listener. She never realized that she was feeling something special for him that’s why she opted to bury her feelings so as not to let him know and not to feel awkward. It has been magical and at the same time depressing on Bubble Princess’ part. Prince Poco so innocent with Bubble Princess’ feelings and just treated her as a friend like any other friends.

Bubble Princess lives in the shadow with the rest of their friends. She was unnoticed and was treated just as a friend nothing more nothing less. Then came a time when Prince Poco knew about the feeling of Bubble Princess. He got shy and felt a little guilty that he was able to hurt Bubble Princess unconsciously. Nobody’s at fault. Both of them we’re just true to themselves. After weeks of deep thinking trying to answer some mind boggling questions, Prince Poco got himself stuck in a chain of smiles. A Fairy Godmother opened his eyes to the genuine Bubble Princess as someone who is someone beyond special and not just an ordinary lady.

Their fairytale will just start as Prince Poco reveals himself outside the cloak a few weeks from now. Fairytales does not only involve fairies and such. It’s how you deal with the things happening at one’s reality.

Me so happy for Bubble Princess. Her hiding will now end, she’ll not live outside the bubble of Prince Poco but they will now share the same bubble. Yuddiii hahahaha Kc naman mdyo naka relate ba. Hahahaha It’s a good thing Prince Poco and I had some series of chit chats. If it weren’t for those talks, maybe Prince Poco haven’t seen the sadness of a lady hiding from him. If you’re reading this let me know if there are wrong info’s haha.

This is for you my friend! Good luck and I can see a lot of hopes for the both of you. Nakaka excite!! Hahahaha All of us will be waiting for the start of your fairytale with her. hehe

I'm a globe user from the very first time I had my phone. If only i haven't been robbed or hold-upED maybe i still have my original number. I have a Smart simcard but I rarely use it now because i have my Sun Cellular sim. Even though my whole family's using Smart, I stand for my Globe. hehehe Here's something new with Globe..maybe the promo is just a test for now.. but who knows maybe it would lead to a permanent offer. Unlimited Calls (with a limit) from 11pm to 6am only. Not bad at all. Time for me to talk with my friends whom i haven't seen for a few years by now. Most of them are also globe users btw.

Here's something from the Globe website. CLick Here

Naga City Market on Fire

November 6, 2008 at around 8:30 pm the whole Camarines Sur had a total blackout (caused by some oil leakage of a huge transformer of TransCo). According to the news, 2 hours after the blackout the fire started somewhere near the vegetable stands because of an unattended candle light at the second floor of the market. The fire consumed the meat and fish section, plus, the ukay-ukay stalls are on that floor, and we mean A LOT of ukay-ukay stalls. Clothes being open to flame is very dangerous, maybe that's how the fire spread. What else is on the second floor? waaaaa the dried fish stands wherein we have our favorite seller because we are a regular buyer. The mini chapel, the office of the market. Gosh almost 90% of the 2nd floor was put into flame.

Early this morning of November 7th at around 2:30, vonskiee txted that the market is on fire. Can't wait to see their captured video to be uploaded in www.pinaychannel.com I wasn't able to reply because I was so sleepy then. Prior to that message we have been complaining of the blackout as to when it would resume. I woke up for about 3 times in the dark because it's so damn hot! It's so tiring to fan when you're so sleepy! Anyway here are some of the pics that I got... debris of the 2nd Floor Naga City Market fire incident.

Three Puppies Minus One

Tonight my cousin Binky called me up about a sad news. A day after Chachi's delivery of 3 puppies, one died at around 10pm a while ago. I didn't have the chance to touch and hold her or even see her for that matter. Just look at the cute spot and division of colored hair, she might have been a pretty Shih Tzu just like her kin. This puppy was struggling to live, she was noticed to be weak and quite unenergetic unlike her two other siblings. My sister and cousin tried their best just to feed her with a dropper for every two hours. Just imagine the effort, that's how we love our dogs. These pictures are her last pictures before her burial.

I didn't have the chance to lay my eyes on her, but for sure she's a pretty shih tzu. Bye bye little angel...i hope your two other siblings stay strong and healthy. Say hi to Japcy, Nick, and Chubby (our old dogs living in heaven) for me.

Top Universities in the Philippines?

I was reminiscing my college days when I saw a post from my cousin Kuya Dwight. I just don't know if how accurate the post is, but if ever it's true, then I'd be happy for this. I am a Josephian, (preschool to high school alma matter, St. Joseph School, Naga City) a Chinese Catholic school that was so strict and closed minded with extra curricular activities (it was before btw), Josephians were known before as students who doesn't know anything but to study and study. I'm not bragging about anything, it's how they describe us in one way or another. And, for the record, I'm just an average gal when I was in that school. Then came to the point wherein I got to choose where I would take my tertiary level. A lot of brainstorming and mind boggling questions came at my doorstep and I finally found a university that was far away from my home. Now I am a Louisian. I took my tertiary level at Saint Louis University. For 4 years of stay in that university, I found people so down-to-earth, unique and who'll accept you the way you are. No pretentions, no worries, in other words... I felt so at home and loved. Darn I miss my college friends big time!!!!!! =(..

I searched it over google and found this post.. http://www.starmometer.com/2007/09/09/top-20-universities-of-the-philippines/

Three Wonderful Puppies

Just this morning… a phone call waked me up. “Nag aki na si Chachi!!” (Chachi gave birth already!) Last night, the whole family was waiting for Chachi’s delivery. Btw, Chachi is one of our Shih Tzus. We were here in Naga, while my sister, cousin and Chachi are in Pili. At around 2 A.M. this early morning, Chachi was still loitering around the house, but my sister and cousin overslept. So when they woke up this morning, three new puppies welcomed their day. This world is so amazing!! From the former six (6) dogs now we have three additional. 2 dogs here in Naga and 4 of them are in Pili. Even though they consume a percentage of our monthly budget, the joy and safety that they bring to our family is incomparable. They are members of our family that we provide everything they need. Now I don’t know yet if how many will be left or how many will be for sale. Can’t wait to see our three new little angels!!! So cute!

Listen To What People Don't Say

I was talking to ching last night and we were slightly talking about signs… and something popped out of my head... “Instead of wasting time searching and waiting for words...why not take a look at the signs? They might have been more true and honest” . These words are mere reflections of everyday life, what has happened to me and to the people around me. Sometimes we want others to say things right in front of us. Sometimes we want them to plunk out melodies of words that are good to hear but sometimes we end up listening to a holler of thunder that painfully strikes right in the center of our hearts. Sometimes we end up hurt and sometimes we end up in high spirits. Sometimes we overlook and assume things so that we would at least feel that everything is on our side. We defend ourselves denying about facts of life so that we would feel a little light. But behind all these hiding and encroaching what others might say or what we want others to say… why not take a look at the signs? They are not just the God given signs, others may say it blunt but some may show it in a non-verbal way. Some may act it as if it’s their only way but others want people to be sensitive enough to know what they really mean. Here I go again… talking about sensitivity stuffs and the like. I’m not gonna reiterate things about sensitivity. Guys, it’s just a matter of being keen to what people are saying and what they are not saying to us.
