Don't get me wrong.. the poem sounds like that it has something else in it. Does it? Nah.. I'm talking to the rainbow per se. Yep! Seriously! Does it sound crazy? Who cares! I love rainbows! hahah Rainbows really does make me happy whenever i see one. It makes me feel like a kid with no worries in mind that even if it would only take for a few minutes, the very feeling of lightness of the heart and mind makes me feel at ease. I saw this rainbow when we were on our way to Pili, too bad there was a building on the right that i can't take the whole arc of the rainbow. Nevertheless, the colors are still perfect even though i was on a moving vehicle.
You make me Happy As i see your light, i feel so bright As i see your radiance, i feel at balance As i see your color, i am full of valour As i see you shine, i dare not whine
You make me Happy Even though i can't see where you stood up You make me Happy Even though i can't see where you fell You make me happy Even though i can see no pot of gold
You make me Happy Coz i know you'll cheer me up after the rain You make me Happy, even though you may not appear near me But I know you'll show up somewhere Where someone will also take refuge in being happy As someone looks at you in awe You already made that someone happy That a sparkle from you even just for a minute Will make one smile from the heart for a lifetime
Thank you for the vibrant colors that you're giving in my life. Even if you only show up after the rain Your colors existed in my eyes as I see you fade away
I asked for one answer.. sbi ni chingkay yes daw...

I have never watched any movie adapted films from the works of Shakespeare other than Midsummer Night's Dream and Romeo and Juliet. At around past 9 this evening, I was browsing through the different channels in the television, hoping to watch something for the sake of watching with no other thoughts in mind. As I reached HBO, a soft narration captured my attention. At first, I thought it was Memoirs of Geisha because of the Japanese background, but then I was wrong. After the narration was a few lines full of meaning. Darn it I wasn't able to get them. I guess I have to wait for the movie to be played again. So there, I saw the title, As You Like It, which is from William Shakespeare. At first I thought it would be somehow boring, but the lines of the actors really bedazzled me. It felt so real and the poetry was so alive.
After the movie, I searched over the www for the synopsis of the literary piece. http://www.bardweb.net/plays/asyoulikeit.html The adaptation made by HBO Films was good enough to exhilarate the watchers as it did to me. Oh, it's kind of Romantic and Comedy in nature according to Mr. Wiki. Correct me if I'm wrong but I seldom read those old literary pieces unless it is a school requirement. haha. Maybe it would be boring for others, but I like it much. Their version was not that far from the real version of Shakespeare. (according to my judgment). Although there was a touch of modernization, just like no racial discrimination, Rosalind (American/European), Orlando (African/American), still, the essence and meat of the piece was still there. Some of the sources spell the main character as Rosalynde and some would spell it Rosalind. Try to watch it in HBO, I'm sure it'll still be aired sooner or later.
Here are some of the few lines from the different characters that I like so much. Btw these lines are from different scenes.
Orlando: I do desire we may be better strangers.
Orlando: Neither rhyme nor reason can express how much.
Rosalind: I had rather have a fool to make me merry than experience to make me sad.
Rosalind: I warrant him heart-whole.
Rosalind: Men have died from time to time, and worms have eaten them, but not for love.
Touchstone:So-so is good, very good, very excellent good; and yet it is not; it is but so-so.
Rosalind: No sooner met, but they looked; no sooner looked, but they loved; no sooner loved, but they sighed; no sooner sighed, but they asked one another the reason; no sooner knew the reason but they sought the remedy.
Touchstone: We quarrel in print, by the book, as you have books for good manners: I will name you the degrees. The first, the Retort Courteous; the second, the Quip Modest; the third, the Reply Churlish; the fourth, the Reproof Valiant; the fifth, the Countercheck Quarrelsome; the sixth, the Lie with Circumstance; the seventh, the Lie Direct.
For me those lines profoundly hides the true meaning of each words from the different characters. It gives readers a touch of inquisitiveness that makes them read between the lines. It's not that hard to understand because once you get the clue on how Shakespeare writes, you'll easily blend with the literary piece. It's as if you are included in the plot.

If you're going to post your picture as a writer on a local newspaper would you rather post your pic as:
1. somewhat formal and serious? 2. somewhat presentable and respectable? 3. somewhat formal but looks happily simple? 4. somewhat informal but still respectable? 5. something that would look like this picture?!
WTH, his picture really annoys me everytime I see his face on the weekly newspaper here in Naga. I'm not questioning his ability to write but how would you be admired or at least be respected by readers if you're picture appears to be bluntly out of this world and inappropriate? I ain't gonna mention what newspaper is he working with but I'm sure some of you have seen his face on that particular newspaper.
Here are few of my presumptions of maybe why his picture is like that:
1. Either he can't afford to take another picture (which is somehow so impossible) or he's just lazy to pass another picture. Hello?? Are there not any cameras in your office? Any point and shoot cam or a good phone with cam will do! 2. Either that picture is his fasion statement or it's his unique representation of what kind of a writer he is? But if you'll see in his picture, he's not even smiling at that moment and he even looks mad. It's really weird.. 3. Or maybe he wants to show to everyone that he has a phone and that you can call him whenever you need him? haha stupid idea of me 4. Or his ears as acne or an-an or whatever you wanna call it, that's why he has to scratch it, but in order not to look like his scratching, he placed his phone when his picture was taken. 5. Or even worse his itchy ears got soared and wounded that's why he had to cover it up. whahaha my thoughts are dangerously wandering. sorry for that. :P 6. Or wala lng.. trip nya lng
Take your pick!
(Geee, I don't know if why the Editor-in-Chief of that newspaper allows it to be that way. Maybe they only want readers to react so that they will still have readers who'll have something to comment on and such. Well anyway, this is just my opinion.) -- OOPPS.. I checked out the site of the paper.. he is the Editor-in-Chief!! hahahaha funny!!
So if you were in his position, you are one of the writers of a known local newspaper, would you post your picture with your hand on your ear with your phone? As for me, I WON'T!
When we were off to send Bambi to her boyfriend, I let her stand on my lap and her two front paws on the steering wheel. My sweet Bambi sure knows how to attract attention. She’s a noisy toy dog and she even barks on my dad and anybody she doesn’t like. Hehe. The only person she doesn’t bark at is me and syd. She’s very territorial in nature and her only defense mechanism is her loud AwAw woofwooff despite her size. Oh, I forgot plus her showing canine tooth on the side that even makes her look so furious at times. Like dog like owner. I’m thin, Bambi looks thin even though she’s obese because she’s a toy dog. Bambi is brown and so am I. Magkamukha na ba kami? Hahaha Anyway, I drive and she’s also a “trying hard” to drive with her minute muscles. Hahaha.. *Clap clap* for all lady drivers!
It’s Saturday but still I have to go to work as usual. As I was near the intersection, a fine rainbow showed up. Such a pretty rainbow it was that I had to get iXie as fast as I can. Yipee, another shot to be added to my rainbow collection. Too bad there’s a slight misplaced object in the pic… it’s actually the car infront of me. Darn it! And just disregard all the wirings hanging like noodles on air but laid horizontally, they can’t just be avoided when you’re on a moving vehicle and you have to snap on to something.
Latest news that I got from the PESO people, SM City Naga can't reach their initial target of opening. It will open in May according to them. With the unpredictable weather, all work in themall is being disrupted.. But hey! Look there’s a sign! It says there, SM City Naga This Way. Wow! There are already two signs coming from my place. That sign is a good sign. A sign that it’s now a few more weeks to wait and vwala! SM is now open for business!
This ain't freaky but it is funny. It's nearly 10 in the evening and I checked my horoscope again. People inside my workplace have seen that I've been so busy today. I didn't even recognize some people who were coming inside the office or even some who were talking to me but then I was so focused on what I was doing.
Doing a lot of communications needed for the two big upcoming events of the office under my supervision was my scheduled task for today which however will still be continued tomorrow. Geeeee. The dot matrix printer was killing me with boredom coz it was printing for 10 long years there were a lot of "glitches and buggers" (errors in printing because of the jurassic printer) by the way that's why a lot of paper was wasted. *Crap! I hate it when it happens. Although the printer uses ribbon which is economically cheap, but it eats a lot of your time. As it was approaching 7:30 early tonight, I was still printing some of 'em but I said I'll save this for tomorrow. Hey! Look at my reading again! It says there that I have to conserve my energy. It does coincide again what I did tonight.
I did enjoy today, I called and coordinated with the different departments because there was a conflict with the reservation of the gymnasium as the venue of our Job Fair. But as suggested by DSA and my boss we then agreed to move the two activities prior to the university week foundation celebration. But here's what is pressuring me a lot!!! The two events will have no breaks in between. What I mean is, 3 straight days of "busyness". It's my first time to handle them that's why I'm preparing a lot. Even though how meager the reaming days for the preparation is, I still believe that everything will be satisfactorily good if not successful.
I have to shape my thoughts as early as now to prepare for the event to come out good. Yes it will! I know He will be with me. Strong faith will never let a person down. ;)
I do not religiously believe in horoscopes or futuristic readings and the like, but I am fond of reading them after the whole day is over. Call it fate or coincidence but sometimes what my horoscope says, specifically in Friendster really does pertain to my present situation. Just like today. *sigh* Why did it had to happen? Everything is even more difficult to take and even more lonely to understand. I miss the old days. =(

Now by Mymp
i'm lovin this song. wala paring kupas ang mymp perfect lyrics and it depicts reality... not too much optimism and neither pessimism, all that is important is now.. and jive with your destiny as you do your share.
let's sing!
Now is all I know Now is all I got And I don't know If there will be tomorrow for us.
Now is all I care about Now that you are here Now that you're the contents of my heart.
Now you're all I know Now is all I promise And I don't know If there will be a future for us.
Now is all I live for Now that you are near And it was best that from the start it was clear.
Refrain: Loving is not owning We can let it go We can let it go.
Loving is not owning You can let me go You can let me go.
Chorus: There's a reason Why we love each other now And we don't know if this is forever.
There's a reason Why we are together now And we don't care if it's not forever now.
Now is all I think about Now that I am happy And I'm not sure If there will be a future for us.
Now is all I offer It's everything I got And I still wish That there will be a tomorrow for us.
(Repeat Refrain) (Repeat Chorus) Ad Lib (Repeat Refrain) (Repeat Chorus except last word) (Repeat Chorus)
im plain with clear outlook to who i am. im not much of a talker because i am much of a listener, i like to scribble anything that comes out of my mind. sometimes i say it, sometimes i don’t, because there are things that should be left unsaid for others to realize that the absence of word will be enough for an asnwer. no matter how complex life is, i’d still like to live life plain and simple, because too much pre-occupation on the complex can make a person dull and stupid.
i live in stripes..vertical or horizontal.. there are a lot of ways to survive this life called reality. we may have the same coping mechanisms, but we differ on how we feel and react towards all those stressors in life. i live by my words by hit or miss, i stand for what i say.. sometimes life can be misleading because of mouths around us that can make or break us. be affected with what others say or be the effect of what you say to others. it’s a matter of how you strip in the stripes that crosses over your pathway.
i need some prints in my consciousness. i need your reactions to teach me how to live life well and to use my words in the utmost good way. we all need someone beyond ourselves who can pop our heads out to be awakened by reality. we all leave prints in the heart of all those we meet, as you leave prints in my heart, i’ll try to leave something in your heart as well. don’t forget that prints can be also be scars, so let us stay away from that.
Anything visible is powerful, what is Plainly seen, Stripes that crosses over, and Prints that leave marks. But the unseen in a person is something that we should learn, explore and understand. PSP and the unknown is what is within ME that makes me human enough to co-exist with you.
I am the me who can’t be you, but I can share my life with you.
